Please note that all information shown on this website may change at any time without notice. The availability of wine, specialty vintages, merchandise, tickets and competitions shown or referred to on this website is subject to change, delay or cancellation due to out-of-stock issues, vintage changes and freight delays. Competitions may be subject to individual terms and conditions available at the time of entry. Employees of Milledge’s Distillation and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of Milledge’s Distillation but cannot enter any competitions promoted on the Milledge’s Distillation website. The information on this site is only intended to be of a general nature – detailed particulars can be obtained by contacting the relevant contact person.

Delivery and Insurance

Delivery & insurance charges (if applicable) apply to all orders. Deliveries will be dispatched from Milledge’s Distillation as soon as practicable and within 10 working days of receipt of an order and payment is received in full unless the product is out of stock, in which case it will be dispatched when available. Delivery dates are subject to your location and delivery arrangements. We are not liable for any loss resulting from late or non-deliveries, or incorrect delivery details. Risk in Goods sold by Milledge’s Distillation  to the Buyer passes from Milledge’s Distillation to the Buyer upon dispatch from the distillery. Milledge’s Distillation has no obligation to arrange for insurance of Goods against the risk of carriage. If Milledge’s Distillation  agrees to arrange freight and/or insurance, the Buyer must pay Milledge’s Distillation  for all such costs.

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Milledge’s Distillation reserves the right to refuse any purchase order or booking made via this website.

Deliveries will be by courier or Australia Post. Deliveries will only be made to address in Australia. Deliveries will only be made where a person over the age of 18 years is present to sign for the receipt of the delivery unless the purchases authorises otherwise and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Liquor Act 2007: It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Licence Number: 57619208.
